Return and Refund Policy
At We Make Swag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom-branded merchandise. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for more information on how to initiate a return or request a refund.
Returns
Non-Customized Merchandise: We accept returns for non-customized merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customized Merchandise: Due to the personalized nature of custom-branded merchandise, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been customized with your logo, artwork, or design unless the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you receive your RA number, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable.
Refunds
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Order Errors: In the rare event that we make an error with your order, such as sending the wrong product or incorrect customization, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify the situation. We may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the error.
Refund Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including clearance or sale items, custom-made products, and items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
